CUFA was created in 1971 and is the Australian Credit Union Movement’s development agency working across the Asia Pacific region. CUFA has six offices in: Cambodia, Bougainville, Myanmar, Fiji, Timor-Leste and Australia.

Essential criteria

§ Advanced English (both written and verbal)

§ Ability to work and understand fund management and financial reports

§ Demonstrated experience supervising and managing staff in a supportive, collaborative and constructive manner.

§ Proven ability to support staff to successfully meet project objectives and goals and strengthen community development activities.

§ Demonstrated ability to manage and direct multiple tasks and operational activities at the same time.

§ Minimum of 03 year working experience in the NGO sector and on community development projects.

§ Demonstrated experience in integrating strategies to mainstream people with disabilities, achieve gender equality as well as include marginalized people groups in all of CUFA’s projects.

§ Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with partner organizations and stakeholders such as government departments.

§ Willing to travel to the remote areas across Cambodia to oversee and conduct monitoring trips, and occasional overseas travel.

§ Knowledge in gender equality, child safety and disability inclusion

§ Ability to take initiative, be self-motivated in work practices, set priorities for self and meet required deadlines
