|Established since 2006 Bodia has started its activities by opening sheltering cocooning Spas (www.bodia-spa.com) in Siem Reap and Phnom Penh proposing an authentic vision of relaxation in a modernly designed Cambodian Spa. In order to guaranty the quality of its treatment Bodia has created its own line of natural products made in Cambodia that promotes the local know-hows and uses local resources under the brand Bodia Nature (www.bodia-nature.com) .
Nowadays, Bodia is a network of 4 Spas (3 in Cambodia + 1 in China) dispensing quality treatments and proposing therapist training to other Spa or hotels and extending its service to franchise opening. Products are made in our own factory in Phnom Penh and sold in Spas, 6 dedicated boutiques, a network of 50 local customers, 1 online store.
Communication & marketing supervisor is in charge of all communication supports used to promote the Bodia brand and services:
– Advertising and Promotion:
o Create company literature and other forms of communication.
o Research media coverage and industry trends.
o Implement and follow up the Bodia advertising policy optimization determined in cooperation with Sales manager. Negotiate best publishing rates with advertising supports.
o Negotiate with printing houses and find the best compromise between quality & price for all printing work of the brand.
o Coordinate the designer for communication supports creation, edition and printing.
o Implement reporting system with operational team to control and monitor the efficiency of advertising and communication strategic choices.
o Cooperation with Sales Manager to create marketing and promotional materials, both print and electronic.
o Responsible for all online communication:
Newsletter edition and posting
Social media posts animation (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest)
Trip advisor follow up establishing customer’s relationships
Website updates based on marketing and sales strategy
o Responsible for all offline communication:
Promote products and services through public relations initiatives
Be aware of any opportunity of partnership, sponsorship
Develop the visibility of the brand through exhibition or showroom
Attend to any networking events in order to promote the brand
– Selling points display implementation and monitoring
Communication & marketing supervisor is in charge of setting up the decoration and products information supports at selling places. He/ she is in charge of training the staff (resellers &/ or Bodia’s) accordingly in order to ensure a constant valued image of Bodia brand and products. He/ She shall visit places regularly in order to control the proper maintenance.
– Marketing strategy/planning
Cooperate with sales manager to create and implement a Marketing Plan.
Implement marketing Plan on social media & internet and supply marketing and communication supports to sales team for retail & whole sales location.
– Budget management
o Advertising (paper and internet):
Invest advertising budget wisely, track and report performance ratio.
o Marketing & decoration
Maintain the identity and level of marketing by controlling promotion material budget (kakemonos, tags, decorations etc…)
Human Resources responsibilities:
By closely managing its team, the Communication & marketing supervisor ensures that all tasks are securely handled to ensure the expected communication & marketing performance, brand visibility, satisfaction to customers’ online questions & remarks.
– Recruit and train communication & Marketing team members.
Keep administrative documentation up to date (job descriptions, flow chart, holidays or purchases request…). Provide documentation and training to insufflate the company culture to every team member. (Designer 1pax, Intern 1 pax)
The qualified candidate will have the following experience;
– Bachelor degree in sales & marketing.
– At least 3 years of experience in related field of work.
– Fluent in English.
– Experience of managing individuals and teams
– Good analytical mind.
– Good communication and reporting skills.
– Ability to Motivate Staff
– Own Initiative
