- Monitoring cash flows and using the same to predict future financial trends. - Developing management mechanism in the finances department for purposes of minimizing the financial risks. - Supplying an efficient financial blue print and elucidating all the financial data, while minimizing costs and maximizing profits. - Managing the accounting and monitoring systems for the company’s finances. - Working with auditors. - Developing good working relationships with professionals such as bankers, auditors or statutory organizations. - Managing the budgets. - Create and manage purchasing responsibilities. - Oversee and manage property-related matters of the office. - Updating Prudential regarding changes in legislation or regulations that may affect the business operation in Cambodia. - Other duties as assigned.
job Requirement: - University graduate. Bachelor Account and Finance is preferred - Excellent conceptual and analytical skills. - 5 years experience in a similar role. - Qualified degree, with a relevant professional qualification such as CPA/CA or CFA - Familiarity with the financial regulations and best practices in Cambodia. - Excellent English and Khmer language skills. Knowledge of Vietnamese will be an added advantage. - Excellent written and oral communication skills.
